Stephanie Pellish is the founder and visionary behind TeaCup Entrepreneurs, a vibrant community designed for women to empower women through business. What began as a small gathering of local entrepreneurs has grown into a dynamic network where women connect, collaborate, and rise together.
Blending her background as an occupational therapist, educator, and business coach, Stephanie brings a unique approach to leadership and entrepreneurship—one rooted in regulation, alignment, and authentic connection.
Inside TeaCup, women business owners come together for collaboration, growth, and real conversations about entrepreneurship through our memberships, meetings, and events. Beyond our community, TeaCup also serves as a resource for the wider public — helping people discover and support local women-owned businesses through our directory and featured spotlights.
At its heart, TeaCup exists to empower women to grow bold lives and businesses — and to make it easy for our community to pour back into one another.
