About The Founder

I'm Stephanie Pellish, founder of TeaCup Entrepreneurs and a dedicated champion for women in business.

TeaCup Entrepreneurs began as a simple gathering—a few friends meeting over teacups, sharing ideas, supporting each other, and navigating the challenges of growing our businesses. What started as small, intimate conversations has flourished into a thriving network of women committed to collaboration, connection, and success.

My journey as an entrepreneur spans owning my own businesses and co-owning a franchise, giving me firsthand experience in the highs and lows of building something meaningful. Along the way, I discovered the power of community—the way a strong network can transform not just a business, but the confidence and mindset of the women leading them.

TeaCup Entrepreneurs was born from that realization. Today, it’s more than just a networking group; it’s a place where women find the support, guidance, and relationships they need to grow.
