Meet Stephanie Pellish:
A passionate advocate for women in business
Stephanie Pellish is the founder of TeaCup Entrepreneurs, a dedicated mother of four, and a lifelong believer in the power of women supporting women. Her journey began with a personal search for a safe, supportive space to share both the struggles and the wins of running a business.
From that need, TeaCup Entrepreneurs was born—a heart-led community where women solopreneurs connect, collaborate, and grow together. Stephanie’s mission is simple but powerful: to create a nurturing environment where women can thrive not only as entrepreneurs, but as whole people.

Our inaugural gathering brought local women together for networking, encouragement, and the kind of real conversations that spark lasting relationships.
Founding Year
What started as Stephanie’s vision for a more connected entrepreneurial journey grew into TeaCup Entrepreneurs—a community founded on collaboration, growth, and authentic connection.
Community Growth
As the community expanded, we embraced retreats, masterminds, and virtual events, connecting women across multiple locations and stages of business.
Membership Launch
The Connection Membership was created to foster deeper, ongoing relationships among women business owners—offering support, accountability, and a space to learn together.
